Fresh homemade bagels on parchment paper, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Yeast dough cookies – They turned out very delicious.

CHEESE BREAD ROLLS (TYROKOULOURA)

Ingredients:

1 egg

200 g milk

100 g water

100 g sunflower oil

1 packet dried yeast

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

600–700 g flour

Instructions:

Warm the milk and stir in the yeast and sugar.

In a large bowl, mix all the wet ingredients, the salt, and the egg white, then gradually add the flour.

Knead the dough until it’s soft and pliable.

Let it rise in a warm place for half an hour.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

Shape each piece into a small roll, place some cheese inside, and seal it into a round shape.

Brush the tops with egg yolk, then sprinkle with sesame seeds or grated cheese.

Bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) until golden brown.
