Ladera – Baked okra! I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love it!

Ingredients – Preparation

A simple yet delicious recipe for baked okra β€” light, healthy, and full of Mediterranean flavor.

Preparation:Wash the okra thoroughly and trim off the stems. Place them in a baking dish.

Slice the onions and chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley, then add it all to the dish with the okra.

Season generously with salt and pepper, then mix everything well so the flavors combine.

Pour in one glass of olive oil.

Blend the tomatoes until smooth and pour the tomato mixture over the okra.

Finally, peel and cut the potatoes into wedges and add them to the baking dish as well.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 1 hour, until the okra and potatoes are tender and the sauce has thickened.

Serve warm with a slice of feta cheese and enjoy this simple, wholesome dish.Bon appΓ©tit!
